Scripture:
Philippians 2:8 “And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death— even death on a cross!” (NIV)
Interpretation:
Jesus Christ’s perfect obedience to the Father’s will, even to death, serves as the ultimate model.
His obedience was a willing expression of profound love for the Father, not coercion.
As His disciples, we are called to emulate Jesus’ spirit of humble submission.
Application:
